Admissions Process
Step One – Campus Tour
Before applying, we invite you to visit SCA for a private tour to experience our classrooms and meet with our admissions staff. Call our office at 410-213-7595 or submit an online inquiry to get your tour scheduled today!

Step Two - Apply for Admission, Records Review, Testing, and Interview
Follow this link to complete our online application. It can be completed on a mobile device or computer in about ten minutes. Along with your $30 non-refundable fee, you will need to submit:
  • Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Copy of your child’s most recent report card (only if student is currently in 1st grade or higher)
Incoming students in first grade and up will be asked to complete a brief academic assessment. Families of students applying for first grade and above may be scheduled for an interview with the administration.

By the way, SCA partners with Helping Hands Ministries in offering the Cornerstone Education Scholarship! This scholarship is available to NEW applicants to SCA who qualify for financial aid according to FACTS. When a new applicant completes the financial aid application through FACTS, that applicant is automatically considered for the Cornerstone Educational Scholarship. Cornerstone Educational Scholarship allows our school to provide more scholarships to more students, so that more families can benefit from a Jesus-centered education.

Step Three – Acceptance & Enrollment
Enrollment begins for a new school year in January with current SCA families. New student applications will then be processed beginning in February. Acceptance is based on the following: space availability, academic and social readiness, and siblings currently enrolled in SCA.

If you are notified of your child’s acceptance, you will then begin the process of enrollment. This includes submitting additional documents such as immunization records and creating your tuition payment plan. If you are enrolling a student during the school year, your student’s start date will be scheduled after you have completed your enrollment packet, books have been ordered and delivered, and you have created your tuition payment plan. There is a 90-day probation period for all new students.

Seaside Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, gender, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at SCA.
